When you order a wedding dress, you will be asked to provide six body measurements: bust, waist, hips, hollow to floor, height, and shoulder width. Our master seamstresses use these measurements to craft your gown from scratch, ensuring a perfect, couture-level fit.
Each gown is individually crafted to your exact measurements. Please allow 8–12 weeks for creation and delivery. We recommend ordering at least 4–5 months before your wedding date to allow time for any alterations.
We use only premium bridal fabrics sourced from trusted mills — including French lace, Italian satin, silk organza, luxury tulle, crepe, and silk chiffon. Each fabric is selected for its drape, durability, and beauty.
Yes. Since every gown is made to order, we can accommodate design modifications including neckline changes, sleeve additions, train length adjustments, and fabric substitutions. Contact our bridal consultants to discuss your vision.
Yes. All orders over USD $150 ship free with insured, tracked delivery. Your gown is carefully packaged in a premium garment bag and shipped in a reinforced box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We provide a detailed measurement guide with every product page. You will need a flexible tape measure and ideally a friend to help. Measure bust, waist, hips, hollow to floor, height, and shoulder width. When in doubt, our bridal consultants are available to assist via email or phone.
Every gown is backed by our Fit Guarantee. If adjustments are needed, we cover the cost of minor alterations with a local seamstress. For significant fit issues, we will remake your gown at no extra charge.
Because each gown is custom-made to your measurements, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your dress arrives with any defect or quality issue, we will repair, replace, or refund it — no questions asked. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
